All companies in Denmark are required to be registered in the Danish Business Authority and to have a CVR number.

To set up an ApS - the most used Limited Company in Denmark – you need the following legal documents:

- A founding document,

- A set of articles of association and

- An owner's book.

Additionally, you need to show a starting capital of DKK 40,000, and this has to be formally confirmed by a registered lawyer, a registered auditor or a bank (note a print of the bank account is NOT sufficient)

If you choose our support in this process. We will:

- Draw up the 3 documents listed above and send in pdf

- Approve the company capital (within max 48 hours of it being registered at the account of our associated lawyer)

- Finalize the company registration at the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervs-styrelsen) but usually less than 1-3 days)

- As soon as the registration is finalized AND the business account has been set up, the funds will be paid into your new business account

- Note that our lawyer partner doing this part of the service is a separate legal entity from which you will receive a separate invoice on the amount of this service

All companies in Denmark are required to have a Nemkonto.

For limited companies this account has to be a business account. For a personal company this is not required by the authorities BUT most banks do NOT allow you to use your private account as business account even for private companies. At the same time the banks are NOT required to provide you a business account (strange but true)

The price for Danish banks is individually discussed based on your prior history so if you are a good existing customer it is worth asking your current bank first).

When assessing prices see both setup fees and monthly fees. E.g. Lunar has 0 setup fees but very high monthly fees so they fast become the most expensive option

Banks request various documents (hereunder as part of the EU KYC rules). The typically most challenging element to construct is a business plan, which Danish banks generally request

Revolut is the only (currently) foreign bank that is accepted for Nemkonto by Digitaliseringsstyrelsen. We can create a business account for you at Wise BUT Digitaliseringsstyrelsen will NOT approve this for Nemkonto

There are some cases where a Danish account is better than Revolut, hereunder:

1. If your current bank consider you a very valuable customer and offer you special cheap terms

2. If your customers have a strong preference for you to have a Danish based bank account

3. If you, for some reason, need the Nem-account fast (typically takes 1-2 days for a Danish based bank and 6-8 weeks for Revolut but note you can use the account even if it is not yet registered as a Nemaccount).

As part of applying for a business account at a Danish bank (not Revolut) we will draft a business plan and we will provide you a template for you to create a 3Y P&L outlook. Note that you need to provide the key input and also that you are responsible for the final output. We will make sure the structure is made easily available

If you want a business plan with your Revolut account you can have as additional optional service

The business plan can be used to set up a bank account and provide background data for funding (bank loans and/or investments). Note: Having a business plan is a pre-requisite, but far from a guarantee, for achieving any of this

It is a standard business need to have a website.

The SIMPLE website includes up to 4 subpages (typically 1 "Home" or "about", 2 "Services", 3 "Portfolio" or "photos" or "Examples" and 4 "Contact" but you choose the headers.

Steps:

1. You select the subpage header and provide a short text for each (and we recommend at least 1 photo but we can also use free photos if you prefer)

2. We draft the website using AI tools. We do add (free) photos where needed if you do not provide yourself

3. You will see the website live to provide text and photo corrections (you cannot request customized adjustments within this price)

4. You will get a 20 minute intro to the website and how to make changes yourself (as well as link to further tuition videos) - All in English

5. The page goes live and access is transferred to you (as soon as payment received)
